Exceptional service with a view

The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room overlooked the sea, where we enjoyed sunsets every evening.

Unfortunately, our room sometimes had flimsy sound insulation, so we could hear footsteps from the hallway, which occasionally disrupted our sleep.

The view from my Double Room Sea View was stunning. The pools were clean and enjoyable for my kids. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including pancakes and cereal. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for beach access. 🌊

We just had an incredible family vacation for seven nights, the food was fantastic every morning and the pools were lovely, although we did expect a wider range of kids' activities.

The air conditioning in some rooms could use an upgrade!!! Limited cocktail variety doesn't match the impressive spirits selection!!! Crowded bathrooms during meals made it difficult to find a convenient time!!!

Spacious room, excellent breakfast, with beautiful sea views and free wi-fi making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The large Star Prestige room had excellent amenities, including a well-stocked mini fridge with complimentary drinks. The buffet restaurant surprised with a fresh selection that changed daily, offering delightful light food. the hot tub in the spa was disappointingly cold, and the absence of free drinks during dinner for Star Prestige guests felt inconsistent with the overall experience. some noise from the hallway occasionally interrupted the tranquility expected from a retreat.

Just a good pick for a momentary visit in Playa Blanca with reasonable price. The kids pool was heated, which made it enjoyable. Consider going for the all-inclusive option for better food variety.

It was just a strong match for a lightning trip in Playa Blanca with great value for money. The unexpected cold towel welcome on a hot day was a nice touch after our long journey. Make sure to ask for more towels if needed to keep your room fresh.

this hotel is so good, we just back from a 7 night family vacation and loved every second! the staff were super friendly and helpful, made us feel at home right away. the pools were fantastic and clean, my kids had a blast at the star camp activities, especially the water games! the view from our room was stunning, could see the ocean which was just gorgeous. also, the location is perfect, flamingo beach is just a short walk away!

only thing was the noise from the hallway sometimes woke us up, and finding sun loungers near the pool was a bit tricky. overall, great experience though!
